The resident manager, (whomever thats is today...changes often), is usually completely unqualified for the position and usually change about every 3 months... *I lived there for a year*

At the time we moved out they lied about the walk through, said we didn't give notice ( 2 faxed letters and 2 in their hands )... Charged us for damages that were not made to the apartment... $400 for a double coat of paint (mind you this was a very small 1 bedroom apartment) $300 for cleaning the carpet (carpet had stains when we moved in, and were mentioned on the initial walkthrough sheet)... oh yeah and get this $90 for 2 mini blinds... that were not broken when the walkthrough took place. (which they still say we didn't show up for)

Cost us over $1000 in pest control after an infestation of bed bugs cause me to be covered in bug bites and we were forced to throw out 90% of our furniture do the bugs infestation. NO COMPINSATION from coverstone managment. The Managment stated that we "MUST HAVE BROUGHT THE BUGS", even though 3 apartment tenents we spoke with had been complaining and had lost furniture in attempts to get rid of the bugs...2, 6, 8 months prior to our move in date.

This place was horrible, the worst experience in my life to date!
