I too have never lived in this area. I know through my growing up in Manassas that this is not a place for families. This complex has a lot of assaults and drug dealing along with other issues. Be real careful in this neighborhood! This is not a joke and I have no idea about management. If you need info. on crime stats contact the local police and they should advise you on local incidents.

Anytime you see a police station imbedded in an apartment complex, you know it's trouble. Also, I see more people hang out on their porches than the number of people that should be living in the apartments!!!
