I lived alone for the first 9 months at Coverstone, and the final 3 with my new Wife.

What can I say' Threre was constant, loud noise coming from seemingly everywhere at once all the time. Many men hang about the grounds all day, drinking. Cigarettes are tossed from windows, occasionally causing small fires. Garbage is piled high before the dumpster, which is inadequate for the purpose (this is because apartments house many, many more people than designed for, due to "crowding the lease" by illegals.) Complex lay in near constant state of filth and unrepair.

However, no significant problems with bugs or rodents.

Forced at one point to withhold rent due to 1 month's delay in collapsed ceiling above shower, making shower unsuable. Was sued for rent, counter sued and settled with owner. Lawsuit could have been prevented if mgt. was not so dammed surly. Seems as though mgt. had given up on life in general, let alone the complex. Bleak, like a forign film.

Parking was fair, unless you come home too late. Then, many spaces taken up with garbage. Must park in road.

Landscaping would have been fine, save for broken fences, cow trails, and beer bottles/litter/propholactics/etc.

My wife, who is unable to drive a car, could not walk out of the apartment during the day without being harassed by a drunk resident/visitor/drug dealer/gang member/etc.

I cannot reccomend living anywhere near Coverstone Apartments.
