Management legal thieves,discriminate,the apartments very old and dirty plus a lot of mold and insects

I have been living in Coverstone apartment for more than a year every month we have no hot water,the gas bill we must pay even if we do not use we still have to split it with all neighbors, no meters they using ratio system,which is legal by state of VA, so if you do not use a lot of gas during winter you will be stuck with bill.Very dirty apartments, molds everywhere coming from the AC vents,insects and rats everywhere. Stay away and save your money and your family.
