I lived in Coverstone for 6 months and so many things happened that I am still struggling to have dealt with right now. First off, no matter how clean you keep the place it is full of roaches. When I moved in I bought a brand new microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, and when I moved out I had to throw it all out because it was infested.
There was a police chase on the property and gun shots were fired. This occured at 2:30 in the morning. They have visitor parking and will tow your friends cars if they do not have a sticker in their windows. however, they told us we didn't need one. One evening around 8:00pm a young kid tried breaking in while we were home. We had to hold the door shut to keep him out and call police at the same time. I am a young female and so is my roomate. If one of us was alone, who knows what could have happened.
The last straw for me was when our building had a septic backup and it flooded our bathroom, the entire hallway and hallway closet. I complained to management repeatedly and they took their time handling the situation. My place smelled of mold among other things and we were unable to stay there because it was clearly bad for our health. After a WEEK of complaints they finally cleaned everything, but we were still unable to stay there due to the smell and possible bacteria. I have been out of there a month and I am still trying to get reimbursed for the inconvenience of the flooding and our belongings that were ruined.
Please, no matter how cheap this place is, it's not worth it. You will just be wasting more money than you have. Plus it's unhealthy in so many ways.
