omg i moved in feb 2009 under section 236 (like section 8)and liveing here is like liveing in a maxamum secirety prision (with out the control officers and where the gangs rule). frist thing before i signed my lese i asked if they had bedbugs in which the resdient manger (lets call her ms. c) replayed "no never in our history we only have small roaches now and then" 2 days after moveing in my 2 year old and 4 year old were being ate alive .. i reported them being biten as well as roaches and was told by ms.c " they must be fiees becuse we have never had bedbugs but we will have an extermnator come anyways"
on the 13th a lady came to my unit asking if i liked to have her desk as she was moveing out and saw me moveing in . i asked why she was moveing and she told me becuse she couldnt take the bed bugs eating her children and mangment raised her rent to to get rid of them.
on the 19th of feb when an extermnator finely came spraying for the roaches (they never speayed for roaches again)and inspiting my son who was the wroste bitten. and conferming i had an infestation of bedbugs and unless they i cheach one they will do nothing. so within 3 mins i caught one under my sons pillow
(who later i found out was pregnet and layed eggs in my tube i caught it in).
i called mangement asking them what they will do and why they lied to me. ms.C then telling me to calm down and not to get histarical that they would glady remove them but i would have to pay them $250.00 and they had never had them before and I MUST HAVE BROUGHT THEM! i then told them about the lady on the 13th of feb. and how it was impossabul for me to bring them and asked what evdiences do i need to prove this. Ms.c then said "ohh thats a lady to talk about she is the one who brought them!" i said "do you relize what you just said ' you never have had them but they have been here for atless 6 months'" she then begain to stumbel her words and said she talked to the owner. late that night about 5pm the same day i get a letter saying they were going to extermate the next day between 9-5 . i call and leave messages saying its not enough time (THEY HAVE TO GIVE YOU 48HRS NOTICE FOR ANY PESACIDE TO BE USED IN A UNITE)....on the 23 of feb they did an "exibt" of the apartment with the exitermnator (though i was under the impression they were going to extemnate). later that eve i get another letter saying they were going to extermnate(again less then 24hrs).but i let them do it becuse i still some what trusted them. on the 24 they took us to the sub staion to wait 4 hours for the extermnation (as i told them it was there respobilty to place us some where for the wait)
an hour after getting to the substaion a police officer came saying he had just come from my apartment becuse mangemnet (ms.c and ms.v) called 911 becuse they belived to have found "Marijuana". as you can imagion i am a person who has never done any thing wronge even have never tasted alchol before. and explain this to "officer peters" he then laughed and said " its ok miss.b i saw your box of sage on the counter and with it being whole stems and leaves i dont know how they could make the mistake becuse they are soposte to be trained to know what to look for " i then asked him where he found it becuse i keep it in my saftey cubbored becuse its harmfull to my children if they eat it as it is. he then told me on the counter opened...... it was hard to fuger out mangement had not only went in my apartment with out notices but went though my belongings... i confrunted ms c and ms v asking them why they were there ...and both just stared at each other not knowing what to say ...lol i asked if they were doing an insption ms v shook her head yes and ms c shook her head no... i asked which is it' yes or no' after nothing being said i asked were they doing an imgicy repair as in my contracte... ms c then spoke up " we are allowed to be there any time our workers are there" i then informed her that my lesse says they are allowed to exibte the apartment and sinces they did this the pervius day they had no right being there.. i then asked what she was going to do about this and ms c said simply "nothing". i asked for an apoliggy and she rolled her eyes and did this royal pose and said ... "ohhhh ms.b im soooooo sorry. so you can imagion i went over her head and wanting to talk to the owner ! well after every one refused to give me his number i had to go through land recordes and do some reserch to get him and sent him a list of things i want done about the damges from the bedbugs like replacement or cleaning of my beds and lanudery after every extermnation. ....well this fight goes on and one and said he would pay me (one time) $200.00 and $10.00 for landery.. i said i want every thing in writing as id decuisse it with my morther... the march 1 came and i called to make sure the mangers where there so i could pay my rent and to know where the paperwork i was promised was... ms c then told me that the owner had put the $200.00 to my rent allready and she didnt have the paperwork. i told her i had never aggred to take the owners offer and she said then talk to him..... to this day i have yet to talk to him again! as he refuses to call me back. ohh and at the last snow storm here i fell down the steeps when trying to remove the garbge(i live on the top floor) i noticed there was no sailt put down and called them again! asking why there was no sailt put down ms C said there was i looked and said "ohh yes there is ON THE FRIST TWO STEEPS AT THE VERY BOTTOM! she said she would come immidey and servay the damges. AN HOUR AND A HALF later she showed uplook a pic of the steeps and asked to see where i was hurt when i went to show her she took a pic of me without my premission and told me they were for inserices only ..i then told her i had a cut and beusie on my arse.. and she said thet it wont be nessacery and shed take care of it all and asked which hospital i would be going to.. i told her i wasnt hurt that bad and she smiled.i also noticed almost every step was beoken and called building code insptors to see if they were safe.(and found out they were not and not just my building steeps were broken badly but all of them where some even missing huge chuncks (almost half step)
well anyways it goes on and on i had to called the police on ms c march 13th after she pushed her way in my appartment with no notices again(that day was an externation day)called her boss ms.E told her what had happened andd she asuered me ms c would never come near me again .. we again went down to the substaion to wait .. later that night ms .c came to the substaion with an onslaught of ppl opened the door wide smileing and smiply said "right this way ms.b" i asked her servoal times if it was ok to go back and she refused to say any thing . so i took my children and went "home". only to walk into a posion cloud of petcsides and a list of the chemicals used on my counter and all my windows closed and locked and my a/c blowing at 58 (i opened the windows before i left and the extermnor qouted he never touched the windows i had opened and it was the middel of winter why would i turn on the ac') too make a long story short me and my children were rushed to the er and treated for toxic inhlation and pedisde posing . i was so scared to return to my unit becuse of all that was happening i called the police when i finely was forced to return as my funds ran out. the officer that came said he couldnt finger print and any time i recive a letter saying an extermnation to excte the mangement to come (WRONGE) and the mangers and staff had a right to come in any time they want...... well i then start to only stay there 6 out of 7 days (so they cant say i abanodoned the unit) i still am fighting over the bed bugs as they have cleared it though i caught a new one not a week ago reported this but nothing has happened.
well on apiral 1 i get an evition letter saying ive intimdated resdiences and a child and perosly broke the steep i had fell down (which is all impossabul becuse

in the leeter it said to ask for an meeting to discuse the evitions and appel it. i did this and got a letter saying the mangers would recive me for a metting on APIIL 29 (2 days before soposed evition) .. dureing this meeting they refused to tell me any thing about there accusations where they happened what time or even the day or month... and they loveingly brought there courp lawyer and the rarely heard from ms. e the head boss and owner rep. i was servarly intimdated and under the understaing that if i dont leave and sign my rights over to not only sue there compeny but there lawyer as well and accpet $200.00 to move out that i would be held reposbual to pay back thous$$$$$$ plus any incovices they have suffered for me complaing about the condistions ... also rember i am disabiled and have soical anxity disorder ... i cryed through the whole meeting in fear not only becuse of the EXTRA ppl but becuse i have no money thats why i lived there and none to hire a lawyer to fight the servier wronge doings they have and truely belived these ppl would some how make me pay money i didnt have . we are now going to court june 5 2009 @ princes williams small claimes court@1:30pm if you too have had problems with there apratments and staff and have proff you have been treated as such please seek me out there my name is roxanne i am a "fluffy" sized "white" lady and just say u heard of me here .
but wait not only has this happened i have seen garbage sit for weeks at a time them pouring chemcals down the public drain , prosatues hanging from there windows nude yelling "20/40" which i later found out was her prices i have seen children 12 and younger dreanking alcahol then braking the bottels. wandering children as small as age 2 with no parents. ganges regly hang out at there play grounds the police vist there several times a time each day ... .. children crying and sounds of ppl fighting from every direction .. ppl towing cars in vistors parking (which is not marked) that had only sat there maybe a full hour . drugs being passed sold and "smoked" openly. gang markings every where from MS 13 . ppls cars being broken in to nightly and alarms going off all night. hispanic music is played all day and night excpily on the weekends . illiagal day workers not only LIVE there but gather all around it. 5 6 and 7 ppl liveing in a 2-3 bed room unit. ladery room very unclean i have pics of condomes that had petrefied to a dryer,lint floating in the air quter sized and up and for all the buildings there is only that facitly. very low or no ventaltion .(i almost fainted servail times untill a lady took a coat hanger and pryed the door open) and floods weekly so much they have to shut it down.
also took them over a month to remove BLACK MOLD and only after the inspecotr showed up also after ms e giveing instions for me to only talk to her about ANY prob. my water was cut off on a friday and turned back on monday again only after the insptore told them to fix it .
but its sooooooo much more and i have evindince of EVERY thing i have said

yes i did .heres an update though . after they locked me out of my own apartment. and took me to court for anbondement i told the judge about the horrbul conditions and brought the report from harvard about the frist bed bug i found . on the 3 day there and they could tell me frist that before it consumed my childs blood it had consumed 3 other peoples blood of hispanic decent. and its age was aproxly 5 months old . so with this evdinces and the fact i have never lived close to an hispaince decended in more then 15 years and with the mangers conftion and asst. mangsers confesstion. proved i did not bring them i also brought testomony from my partents extermanter stateing we had never had them in the 5 years i lives with them and beond realy. as well as witness staments of the treetment of other resdoents and past reodents. as well as my hospital records from whien they almost killed me and my family with there toxicens . and a dr note saying how horbly we were bitten . as well as the 2 bribery papers they sent me for $200.00 each.well the judge throw it out and told me to pay $30. and they could not take me up for abanodment. and it was my choice to give them the keys as it was a very negtive place to live. now 2 months after that i get a bill from them saying the bath tub i had never used after they reglagesed it ( becuse it was so ate up with lead) was flithy and they had to pay some one $200.00 to clean and my friges was decusting... im sorry if you lock some one out of couses the food will go bad ... in the papers also it said i will not be libal for any cleaning apone removeal and i have a witness that just before court i agreed to it just so i wount have to be so stressed by them. so this is justices at its beats? what type of fool does this. i also took a trip there yesterday .. and i have to say its gotten worst . the trash piles that lay about for weeks ... now looks like it had been there for months and they had count them 6 beds in the garbage....explain that one. i already did an interview for channel 8 which im told will come out in jan. 2010 . i even wrote to president obama about the pure abuse of power in public houses. and even goten a replay from him ( with a signed pic) stateing he has been informed of my plit by gov. kane and a few delacates ( which i called) and apolgised for the pure tarroer i went though and other tentes have gone trough and promsed to reforem public houseing which if you watch cnn like i do you would have heard him annouces it just a few weeks back... .. if i were these ppl at coverstone i just leave me alone before i get real mad and call up the lawyer i last found and add on there sin list "herassament" along with there ever expainding sins of frad.
