I lived there for only 2 years then moved. During that time I have found used condoms in front of my door way, dog crap on my patio from the idiot upstairs that Vicki and her crew were too afraid of to do anything about, someone tried to break into my apartment twice, the ony thing that kept them out was me and my gun. Me and my friend were staning outside on my patio and someone came strolling by with my friends grill in his arms from off his patio. My wife and I asked the management to do something about the woman above dropping her dog crap off her patio onto mine and about the noise this woman kept constantly all night and they wouldn't so we bought a house and moved out, paid the lease up and the utilities and the office is trying to stick me with a 302.00 dollar electric bill because we moved out and had the electric turned off. I call it retaliation. Gheto kids running around and they will damage your car without a care in the world and management will say they can't do anything about it. They were supposed to get security but that never happened. Since they take section 8 the quality of people there (ghetto) is poor and if you are not rough enough you will get your face smashed in because it's violent over there at times. If you have any care for your family and children stay away from The Fields of Manassas.
