I must say that this is the most beautiful and maintained property that I've ever lived.

Just a few needed improvements:

drainage of the pond(attracts a large amount of different types of bugs on my balcony

gargage compactor, property manager need to ensure that residents place trash in compactors. Yes, I agree with the previous resident, the tile for the bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen is very cheap! Other than those things mentioned the community is very quite.
