The facilities were really well designed and for an apartment I like the floor plans. But the current management has really let things fall apart. The maintenance is ineptly executed at a bear minimum.
It is a gate guarded community, where the gates are broken and left ajar half the time. The grounds have really deteriorated over the last few years, looking unkempt in the summer and desolate in the winter. The stairs and hallways are dirty year round and icy in the winter months. Beyond the maintenance, the management generally does nothing towards improving the complex outside of placing hard candies on your door for your birthday and posting weekly adverts for bake sales and walk-a-thons that just end up littering the hallways. But so you won??t think I??m totally negative The VRE trains run their horn every hour on the hour stopping @ 2am and beginning again @ 5am, So at least you will never need an alarm clock.
P.S. Oh yea and the management just invited me to a party so I could resign my lease. However, since their raising my rent again, I think I will just call and see if they would stop waisting so much on parties maybe they wouldn??t need to raise it so much.
