All i have to say is if the staff promises you anything extra with your apartment or that certain fees will be waived make them put it in writing and sign it. We did not and got screwed for it and had to deal with them saying "No we never told you that!" So just make sure any little extras they promise you have them put those in writing and have them sign so they can't go back and say they never promised such things. Also they have the worst organization and memory i have ever seen!! Very unprofessional.
