I have lived at Haverhill for almost two years now, but will be moving when my lease ends in September. When I first moved in, it was a nice place: the grounds were well maintained and management was friendly and helpful. Once ownership changed, it went downhill in a hurry. Trash is not picked up from the grounds, the hallways and entranceways are dirty, and management pretends to be interested in your problems but does nothing to help. There have been periods of several days where the dumpsters are overflowing with bags of trash all over the sidewalk, but calls to the office are ignored. People have started writing graffiti on the walls and sidewalks, and nothing is done to have it removed. In the next building over from mine, someone's car windshield was smashed in the middle of the night. The gates do not seem to provide much security, since the access codes are common knowledge. Time to find a better place to live.
