I have lived at Haverhill for 2 years and I dont understand the negativity on this site. Its one of the nicest apartment communities I have experienced. But it is after all apartment living. You will hear your neighbors from time to time and yes....some people dont pick up after their pets, but its like that everywhere. The gates sometimes dont work but you're not living in a horrible area, so i dont fear for my life when they are left open. I've never seen the trash pile up like people are saying, but if you do get near the trash compactor is does smell like trash, but I for one would expect that. I never had a problem with the office staff. They were always nice to me when I dealt with them but i also wasnt in there everyday. Maintenance is very quick,I had to have the washer fixed and it was done the next day. Despite everyone else on here, if you must live in an apartment Haverhill is one of the nicest. Just watch out for your neighbors who tend to complain a lot about nothing.

There must be two Haverhill apartments in Manassas Park, because this guy is living in fantasyland. Every weekend the compactors are overflowing onto the sidewalk and the place is absolutely filthy. When is the last time the stairwells and landings were cleaned? Not in the two years since management changed. The office staff are just about the rudest that you can imagine.

This responds must be from someone who works there not living there this place is very dirty and yes the trash is piled high at times. It is not that people are complaining it is they would like what thy pay for and you DO NOT GET THAT!!!!! This place may not be the worst but for sure is not the best for the money.

I moved out of HaverHill a month ago into Wellington Place; best move I ever made. Get out while you can!

I agree with these responses! I have lived at Haverhill since the summer of 04 and I can't remember one pleasant experience that I've had with the office staff. Every pedestrian gate is broken and two entrance/exit gates into the property are broken. (One has been forever). I happen to like my apartment, but I don't like anything else about it. Check out that dumpster on most days!! GET REAL POOK POOK!!!!!!
