Over he past few years,I have written a review describing my frustration and disappointment in Haverhill staff and management. I'm writing this review to say how my opinion has changed 180 degrees!! Over the past year the staffing office has all new employees and they are kind, knowlegeable and most importantly attentive to the renters needs. There hasn't been one issue over the past 9 months that hasn't been resolved after I've spoken to management or maintenance about the property. The Christmas Party that was provided to the residents last year was appreciated and everyone had a great time.

I want everyone to know the great improvement in the property, the mangement and the maintenance supervisor. It's easy to complain, but more people should take the time to recognize what fine people we now have at Haverhill. Once again we love living at Haverhill and are looking forward to renewing our lease for another year.
AND NO, I'M NOT A STAFF MEMBER!

I feel the exact opposite. I have lived in Haverhill since it opened in 2004 when it was owned by Fairfield. One of the reasons I chose this complex was because of the friendly management. Ever since they have been bought out by Stellar, the management has gone down hill. Everytime I walk into the office there are new people working there, and no one seems to know what they are doing, including the manager.
