A few tips for prospective renters:
1) Avoid the 3rd floor as the airconditioning is woefully inadequate. If it hits 90 , be prepared to sweat.
2) Remove you hubcovers/wheel covers. Petty crime seems to be a problem. It is a locked community, but you can always get in, including walking unchallenged through the office.
3) Forget about using the broiler on the oven or the gas log unless you like the tone of the smoke alarm. Mine is nearly directly above the unvented gas log.
4) The staff has been pleasant but profoundly useless.

The only really good thing about Haverhill is the proximity to the VRE.
