Manassas Meadows Pats is a great place to live. I have lived here for 3 years and love it. I looked all over tha area when I moved into the area and there is no comparrison of the other places to this one. The apt grounds are very attractrive and quiet. The buildings are very nice inside and out. I see a lot of preventtive maintenance going on and maintenance inside the apartments is tended to right away if a problem occurs. The area, the grounds, the partments inside are, to me, above average. In addition to all of that, The management and staff are very good and responsive. The property Manager, Dawn, is vedry personable and keeps on top of everything that is going on. It is always a plewasure to interface with her or to just wave and say "hi" when she goes by tending to her duties. Dave and ike, the support staff are very friendly and efficient. I just like the "whole package" of living here. I am glad I did not find another place here before I found this one. I am retired and have no intentions of ever moving. My rating is a "FIVE STAR" for property and staff.
