I've lived here for what will be a year in July. It was my first apartment after moving out of my parent's place and I really enjoyed living there. I am only moving out at the end of my lease because my boyfriend and I are moving in together and would like to have more space than what my little one bedroom allows for. My only beef with the apartment is that there is very little to do there without leaving the property and there is no fitness center. The area was quiet and we only had one problem with parking and that was when Obama was at the near by Fairgrounds.

As far as maintenence goes I think that it could have been better. My boyfriend had to fix some caulking issues in my bathroom and to fix my shower handle because it was easier for him to fix it than to get the maintence guy to come. However, when I had ants in my apartment (after trying to get rid of them myself) they were quick to respond and fix the problem.
