Ideal apartment and community

The Maplewood Park Apartments are ideal.
Nothing is perfect. Things break, leak, and crack, but the property management staff is very responsive. Call the office or drop a note in the mail slot and they will respond.
Courtesy is rewarded with courtesy and people are generally tolerant.
The complex is a neighborhood in itself; a community. Everyone-even the ones who everyone says are "strange" is pleasant. People help one another with their groceries and trash. If you have a problem with some one, which happens, it is handled cordially, respectfully and when necessary discretely.
The complex is located just off 28 which gives you access to other major highways. In any direction you are walking distance or a short drive from anything you want or need; schools, movie theater, mall, grocery store, gas station, it is all nearby. Adequate parking, lighted paths, add to the overall charm and apartment ammenities.
Maplewood Park Apartments, however are not for everyone. You must have an appreciation for quite time, cleanliness, and apartment basics.
