Ok so I did ot know anything about this place before I moved her from Florida. It looked decent enough. Not! My car was broken into. I was told that it would be safe. I am on a bottom floor apartment and had to buy security bars for my windows because now I'm paranoid. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

I used to be the manager for this property from 08/2006 to 11/2006 but was let go because we had too many vacancies, The regional manager,--------------, first of all is very uncooperative when I asked if I could place any move in incentives and when I tried to hire a leasing agent she was very specific that I hire a young attractive white girl which was quite impossible because everyone that applied which met her requirements didn't meet my requirements for ability to perform the job responsibilities and vice versa. I am currently living in a much nicer community across town which is cheaper and larger than maplewood and much more convienient so if you want out come over to Ashton Ridge at the corner of lomond dr and ashton ave and tell them -------sent you

I think is he just salty. He probably lost his job because he wasn't doing it right. I'm a tenant here at Maplewood and enjoy living here the management and maintenance are very thorough and friendly. My family and I never had a problem with safety. Maplewood is close to alot of shopping centers and the park right behind us is aweson. One person experience shouldn't put a negative opinon on an other persons view. Judge for youself and you be surprise.

No way! You would think this place would be nice because it looks pretty good on the outside, & some of the apartments are redone & its very cheap! This is probably the worst place I'd say! The parking lots are sooo dark! ( My friend used to live here so I've been there many times! ) Always people wondering in the parking lot.. which is near the woods & barley has any lights in it! One night my other friend was going there & when she parked this guy ran up to her car & started beating on the window! Enough to make me never go back there! Its just not a safe place!!
