My husband and I have lived at Mason's Keepe for just over a year. The apartments are new (constructed in 2005) so the carpets, paint, appliances etc are in great condition and are reasonably priced compared to other apartments in Manassas. We even have a garage, which many of the other apartment complexes don't offer. The apartments are located within walking distance of the local elementary school, high school and shopping mall. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. Like most apartment complexes, other residents with dogs and those who smoke aren't always considerate of other tenants, leaving their "waste" around the paths and gardens. The only real downside to living here is the fact that the complex borders the rail line between two roads with level crossings. Freight trains passing day and night, blowing their horns make a lot of noise. The apartments seem well-insulated but that doesn't help if you like to have the windows open! Other than that it is a great place to live.

I have found that non smokers, you know the drinkes who smoke when they drink or smoke "in the closet" are WAY more inconsiderate of smokers than smokers are of non-smokers. Maybe non-smokers may want to understand that America the free allows us to smoke. Stop drinking and driving you non-smokers and worry about pollution and not my cigarettes!

Huh? Is there a point somewhere in your rambling? Are you suggesting it is the non-smokers that are leaving cigarette butts in the stairwells & gardens?
