I HATE IT HERE...BEWARE!!!

Our lease is over in four months and we are moving out! Train tracks run right through this property!!! Its no joke, drive through before you rent and you will see what I mean! I have been woken up out of sleep every single day for the past 8 months living here! Its really that bad!
Management is rude, but really I dont care about that as much. I only see them once in a while, so it doesnt matter if they treat me rudely or not. The thing that makes me mad is it takes FOREVER To get maintenance done in my apartment. For example, it took 8 days to get my A/C fixed this Spring. It took 2 days to get my toilet unclogged (because i had 2 toilets and it wasnt an emergency) and they never came to my unit when I said I smelled gas.
Beware, the worst part is definitely the trains!

Hi, when is your lease up? We are thinking of moving into Mason's Keepe, I appreciate you don't like it, but we truely HATE where we're at now, and maybe we could help each other out? Thanks |

I am in one of the most exposed buildings to the tracks. If you are awakened it is probably near the morning with the fact the trains don't blow horns during the night. The noise isn't bad and I've slept with windows open. If it is really bad, may I suggest ear plugs? Also, buy a plunger. If you cannot maintain a toilet, you probably should consider an out house. Have had zero problems since moving in and repairs are always timely. I have made a point of making my face and name known in the office, and honestly, I believe it helps. Common courtesy and politeness can go a LONG way. |

I have lived at the Keepe for almost 2 yrs and while the train is annoying, and does sometimes wake me in the middle of the night and I don't have any issues with the management or staff. I think they are great. I do have an issue with the thinness of the walls. It wasn't a problem in the past but my new neighbors are extraordinarily loud and keep me up into the wee hours of the morning. I'm moving when my lease is up for peace and quiet
