Moved into Mason's Keepe in May 2005.
This is the second apartment I have had and it has been great.
Maintenance requests were always answered promptly, usually within 24-hours and often the same day.
The train tracks are close, but buildings on the far end shoul have minimal noise.
I am pretty close myself and it has never been a huge problem, even with open windows.
The staff has been great and I credit my own tendency to make myself present in the office to pay the rent.
The facility has great safety.
Some people have complained in other posts.
Let me give you an example of how safe insurers feel it is.
I came here from Columbus, OH.
The risk to my possessions was so much lower, my renter's insurance is 1/2 of what is was in Ohio w/ the same coverage from the same company.
This place is very safe.
Parking can be pretty full somedays, but I have yet to have any trouble with parking right next to my building.
The only reason I might leave is to get closer to work.

All apartment management staff post on this site. Fortunately, they're always easy to spot. s. |

Really, management you think? Would you like to come by my apartment and see me some time? How come you people who like to ----- cannot accept that those of us who pay rent on time, are courteous to staff, and take care of our ---- have a good experience and no problems with the staff?

I don't think thebdj is lying about the trains. I have lived here since 12/04 and have never heard the trains past 11:00pm. As far as 10 people in the leasing office in the past year, that is false. They have turned over complete office management once and in my opinion, the new management is nicer and do a better job at getting things done. W/ the original management, it took days to get my maintence requests done...and believe me I took full advantage of the "free rent", but since Tara, Robert & Michelle got into the office, I have had no problems.

For anyone interested, Prince William County changed the time trains are allowed to blow their horns. They are now allowed to blow them at anytime, day or night. Seeings how Masons Keepe is at a train track crossing, you will hear the train regardless.
