We can't hear our neighbors, but the train is awful.
Mostly because of the cheep windows and front door.
The front door is spring loaded and slams shut when you let go, so you always know when your neighbor are leaving and there is no weather stripping around the door so people slip notices and misdelivered mail right under your door.
The windows sound as if they are always open.
The apartments are nice, clean and newer and the pool is awsome.
The playgrounds are nice, but I would always find rusty nails, screws and glass all over the complex from when it was built.
It's a fenced complex, but it's not all the way around.
The side thats next to Godwin is unfenced so its not the safest thing.
Overall if there was no train this place would be pretty good, but we lived here for free (company 6 month training) so I don't know if it's worth the money.
Come listen to the train.
It sounds the same inside or outside.
