Masons Keepe

We just signed a lease for a third year at Mason's Keepe and are very pleased with the service we receive here. The staff is incredibly friendly and knew us by name within the first few weeks of living here. Only 1 time in two years did it take more than 24 hours to respond to a minor maintenance need (like snaking the drain), and that need was taken care of within 48 hours. We have recommended Mason's Keepe to many friends, and those who have made the switch from other area complexes have been very happy.
Yes, the apartments are near the railroad tracks, but it's almost impossible to live anywhere in Manassas and not be near them. It's something we deal with because there are so many positives.
There's a ton of parking, and I feel safe walking from my car or the business center after dark. The staff (especially Rob, who's been an amazing help to us the 2 years we've been here!) is incredibly responsive, and they work hard to make sure that renters are respected and content.
The people in my building are not chatty, but friendly, the pool is kept up well, the weight rooms are decent.
Another plus is that it's on Ashton, so you can avoid lots of the business 234 traffic.
Seriously, when we were looking 2 years ago to move down from Buffalo to here for teaching jobs, we were fortunate to stumble across Mason's Keepe.
