This is not a place to call home. It is quiet. However, there are so many restrictions and the quality of the apartments and townhomes are very poor. Not to mention the bad management. If you do check it out, ask to see the restrictions list before you decide anything. They spring this on you when you pick up your key. It's not just a list, It is a book of about 20 pages. You can't have a motorcycle on the property, you cannot have certain type of other vehicles too. For those of you who work for a living, if you have a company truck or carry a ladder. It's not even allowed on the property.

As for pets, they'll get you there. A neighbor had a problem since he moved in with the screens having rips. When he moved out, they charged HIM for it. They said it was the cat. For me the carpet was put in poorly with exposed places. I expect them to try to get me on that.

Had to wait weeks for a water leak to get fixed. Actually had to argue with management that there was a leak. Finally had to take a picture of it for them. The maintenance doesn't know what they are doing and covers this complex and others around the area.

Keep looking. I made a big mistake coming here. A lot of my neighbors are moving out. I'll be moving soon too.
