I'm moving at the end of February 2008. I've had a good experience here. The only thing is that I'm in a one bedroom unit that's out of date. I won't be updated until I leave. I feel like I'm back in the 70's.
The rent is good, but the apartment is extremely small. I can't understand how I have a water bill for $30 and a gas bill for $85.00 (in December) in an apartment that small. There's gotta be heat escaping from somewhere.
Comcast is your option for cable. I hate them, but I wasn't able to get Fios.
