I lived for one and half years there , place is ok but management is non responsive, same with maintenance. If you have security deposits with them forget it, they will never give it back to you and make all possible efforts to get money from you when you leave the place by putting unnecessary cleaning charges, and if you argue them they will threaten to take you to court.Water bill is oftem more than 95 dollars and intrestingly it comes through Amgulf corporation not through Prince William County Service authority. If you sum up your security deposits money and additional water charges per month you will definitely find better place than this.Park are always dirty no efforts are made to make them kids safe.

In agreement with previous post. The water bills are often way above normal and it takes forever for repairs to be done. Upon moving out, though I left with leaving the townhouse in pristine condition, I was charged ridiculous cleaning fees. They kept my deposit and tried to charge more. One maintenance person told me that he accidential dropped a water heater and management deducted the cost of the water heater from his pay. It was getting increasingly noisy also. Overall I would agree with this comment. Glad I'm out of there.

If i were to go back in time and get my five years spent in Orchard glen apartments , i would prefer to have rented a storage, leave in my car or just be homeless. I will like to apolgize to all i have referred to this place and plead with them to leave as soon as possible before the worst meets them there. Zero response to maintenance, no feedback, no security deposit refund even if you leave the next day after signing contracts. They will steal from you and make you very very miserable. If it breaks, they will not fix it, they let you use all their cancerous bins called fridges,dishwashers and stoves from the 70s and let you pay for a new one when you move out. They even lie about paying my utility bills for me and are not ready for a refund. shame on you. Amgulf.
