The model and some of the people in the rental office are nice. However when you get your keys word of advice do your inspection right away. Look at at every nick and crany. For when my husband and I moved in to this community there was four water leaks, tiles come up from the floor, roaches, and when we plugged things in to the outlets it always sparked / tripped the breker. You can hear you neighbors talking you can't make out what they are saying but you can hear their muffle. The floor was not completely polished. it did't even look like its been painted, for the part that they did paint it was covering up spider webs or grease spots, the yard is dirty. Even a neighbor that i met in my short stay had stayed she is still waiting for them to fix something in her apartment. We moved out less than a week.

I didn't rent from there, but i filled out an application and I was approved. I put a deposit on a TH, but was unfortunately wasn't able to move in. The lady in the rental office was really nice at first, but then once I said I was unable to move in she turned mean. They kept my deposit, when it was stated earlier that it was refundable, she then stated that the refund was only available for the first 24hrs. They evey threatened to take me to court all because i couldn't move in when i said i could. So DON'T rent from here!! Then will jip you too!!
