My wife and I lived there for 3 years. Anytime we had major problems, things were fixed in a very timely manor. The minor things sometimes would take a little bit to be fixed, but would be done eventually. Other neighbors could be heard in the summertime, music would be on a little loud at some people s houses. I never had issues with noise that woke me up or anything.
The grounds are done up fairly well and there is plenty of parking available. As seen in other reviews, yes your car will be towed if you do not have a sticker or a parking pass on it. They need to do this to prevent people who do not live there to park there all the time. Either deal with not having a spot or remember to have a parking pass.
I never seen or heard of any roaches there as stated by a previous reviewer. They have an exterminator come every 2 weeks and if you have roaches, you or your neighbor is probably the cause.
Overall my wife and I enjoyed our 3 years living there, the only reason we moved is because I am active duty Navy and had to relocate. Most of the people who live there are decent friendly people, but you do have a few strange ones to be leery of. The management and staff are very nice people and I strongly recommend at least looking at the place. Do not go by the negative comments listed below; trust me this is a good place to live!
