Lived there for 3 years, our back yard faced the large open common area by the playground and we spent a lot of time on our patio. Agreed, some of the neighbors are not people that I would be friends with, however I think that happens everywhere. One of the reviews mentioned that a neighbor "went off" because their parking place was "accidentally" parked in. Parking is at a premium at this, and every, apartment complex in the area. Parking in another neighbor's spot is rude and perhaps THEY are the neighbor that others do not want to live near. Because the layout is more of a townhouse rather than an apartment, it feels more like a home than many other apartments. We were happy there and the rent was reasonable enough to allow us to move on to home ownership!
