Really Bad These used to be all government section 8 housing. The model house is very nice and that is how we ended up living there, everytime we asked to see the actual unit we would be renting they said no. They would fix a leak and leave a hole in the ceiling until you call and complain.

We were happy there Lived there for 3 years, our back yard faced the large open common area by the playground and we spent a lot of time on our patio. Agreed, some of the neighbors are not people that I would be friends with, however I think that happens everywhere. One of the reviews

do not rent management are nice very nice..... but complex and neighbors are bad if you even park in you're neighbors parking spot they go off one day by accident i came home from work tired really really i did not pay attention and by mistake i parked in my neighbors parking spot ....oh my
