Loud & overall construction problems - I been living here for just over 2 months now. The management company is generally only interested in their own bottom-line. They're now closed on Sundays which means if you have any issues, then you have to wait until the following Monday. This is unfortunate, because most other companies are open 7 days a week. STAFF I WENT TO CITY CENTER AND WANTED TO INQIURE ABOUT THESE NEW APARTMETNS AND THE LADY THAT ATTENDED ME TOLD ME SOME ONE WILL BE RIGHT OUT TO HELP ME. I SAT AND WAITED AND WAITED FOR F*CKIN 45 MINUTES. FINALLY I GOT UP AND LEFT. THAT OFFICE WAS GHOST TOWN,EMPTY!!!

Really Bad These used to be all government section 8 housing. The model house is very nice and that is how we ended up living there, everytime we asked to see the actual unit we would be renting they said no. They would fix a leak and leave a hole in the ceiling until you call and complain.

I wouldn't move here if I were you! We have lived here over a year now and have definitely had a lot of issues with this place but yes, it is an apartment so you have to deal with the extremely thin walls and the ridiculous maintenance they do like fixing sidewalks that have nothing wrong

overpriced and unfair to military The City Center took 8 out of 10 days of house hunting leave just to get approved. They could not read a LES. After moving in they switch apartments on me that had less features for the same price. They said that it would only be 4-6 weeks. its has been 5 months.
