Me and my best friend moved into two seperate apts across from each other. In the year we both lived there, My car was broken into 2 times, My wifes car was vandalized once when the section 8 kids,( just around the corner are 3 or 4 whole neighborhoods of little crime waves) realized that they were messing with an anti-theft device, My buds car was outright STOLEN, and his motorcycle was kicked over twice as well. After paying an arm and a leg for rent here, for basicly nothing bigger than a cell for a year, we were rewarded for our trouble with a 200 dollar rent increase to over 1000 a month for a one bedroom. If you like your possesions, money and a little room, this place aint it. Trust me.

This complex isnt ghetto, but it just is surrounded by 4 other apartment complexes that are ghetto and section 8 friendly. You can clearly tell the residents of Ravens Crest from the others that loiter, walk through and generally look like trash. When I complained to the staff I got a "oh wow really" kind of response, THAT WAS IT. No security no nothing. This place is going down the tubes fast. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
