I moved into Ravens Crest in 1996. For the most part, neighbors were friendly and the staff was helpful. I thought Ravens Crest was the best apartment complex around, until earlier this year, that is. Neighbors aren't as neighborly anymore, to the point of being downright rude and disrespectful. When it comes to resolving maintenance issues, Ravens Crest is on top of the problem, usually within two hours. However, when it comes to tenant related issues, such as intentional noise complaints, Ravens Crest isn't quite able to resolve those.
