I lived at Raven's crest for almost 3 years. My first year my rent was 1050, 2nd year my rent went down to 995 and heading into my 3rd year we did a 6 month lease and was at 1005. Once we decided to do month to month it went up to 1185. I thought the rent was reasonable for a two bedroom two bath. You can't find too many apartments in Manassas that is well maintained and in a fairly good neighborhood. Most apartments in Manassas are old, and if there are new one's they are low income. The location was great, you were near restaurants, shops, 66 and the Mall. We decided to move because the commute to work was horrible. Wish they offered a 3 bedroom. The 2 bedroom was a little snug!!! I never had problems with the Maintaince, they always came to fix whatever needed to be fixed (the same day). Although we did have problems with our air/heating unit. We had to have that fixed a lot. There is new management, so for those who see the comment about management/staff being awful, they aren't.
