I'd have to agree with some of the others. The management staff is rude and act as though the resident is a burden. Management staff isn't responsive to complaints. The apartments are greatly over priced. As of this writing (4-17-06) apartment water lines are being replaced. This is a major construction project that's a great inconvenience to the renters. No water, holes in the walls, and construction workers in and out of apartments all day. The manager also gave apartment keys to construction workers. GREAT SECURITY practices! Also, the glowing reviews posted are probably sent by Raven's Crest staff. I'm moving when my current lease is up.
