Ok, for all the people who wrote that parking isn't a problem, what the heck are you talking about'! You MUST NOT live in Ravens Crest because every night I have the hardest time trying to find a parking spot. The rent is waaayy to much, and the management will take awhile to get back to you on your request. At the time, there has been a procedure taking place for the water, which requires people comming in and out of your home all day leaving 31 holes in your house. YES 31 HOLES! there are some good things about Ravens Crest apartment but overall, don't waist your time.

Hi, I'm thinking of moving to Raven's Crest as a possibility. I was impressed with the 1br model they showed me the other day, as well as all the amenities (exercise room open 24hrs, gotta love it!) Overall, I don't think $1025/mo is bad, compared to many other places in the DC area. However, if this water project is as bad as I have been reading the past few user's comments, then it would be a real nuisance to live here, if it was a long-term project. How long are they going to be working on this project, and most importantly, when is the water shut off during the day? I am moving on 7/31, and work noon-9pm Tuesday-Saturday. Any info regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
