The Grounds and Unit Maintenance are totally professional and well maintained. The Front office management however, are un-prefessional, ill-trained and rude to residents

Absolutely, unless you're looking to rent and can get them a commission they won't even talk to you. I've lived here a year and am out as soon as possible.
