When shopping apartments, this place had one of the better prices. Place is quiet, safe, and the grounds are kept very well. If I have a service call, a staff member is there the same day to fix the problem. They do monthly activities that other apartments I lived in didn't do. One morning they were passing out donuts and juice to residents driving to work; meanwhile, it was raining hard. Recommend this place to anyone.

I'd have to agree with happyhunter12. Rents are high and service is poor. I'm a resident and have been waiting for three week to have the porch light replaced in front of my unit. I've also called about the security light (street light) being out. It's also been out for weeks. Even though it's a violation of the lease residents are allowed to work on their cars in the parking lot. It's a noisy eye sore on the weekends when the "South Americans" repair their vehicles. Look elsewhere.
