I have lived here for a year and a half. I have had many problems since moving in.
-A group of men assaulted a pizza delivery man outside my door and then tried to get into my apartment. When I alerted management they didn't seem overly concerned.
-Since that time large flood lights have been installed around the complex helping the situation somewhat
-I am convinced one of the bedrooms is not insulated; there is at least a 10 degree temperature difference.
-Last summer during the re-pluming I was shocked to see the damage inflicted on my apartment. There was dust, dirt, scuff marks, etc. all over the place. My carpet was soaking wet and none of it was cleaned up by maintenance. My belongings were throw about and handled with little care
-The apartments themselves are nice, a good size. The grounds are kept clean and maintained
-Overall, I am excited to be leaving in a few months

Not suprising with the type of people moving into the complex. Management has just changed to pet policy which now excludes PitBulls, Stafford Shire Terriers, and other dangerous breeds. The lowlifes moving into Ravens Crest like to parade around with their "dangerous dogs."

The replumbing was horrible. We were moving out as it started. We told the office so we would be able to move things out the patio door.and they still tried to start digging in front of our patio door because the office never told the construction workers.
