I was looking for a place and called and made and appointment. When I got there, they said the girl (------) who made the appointment was out for the day and they did not know I was coming. The girl who tended us was not well-trained and did not have the soft skills necessary for a sales position. She kept telling me it was not her job to know the things I asked. For example, their brochure advertises that the apartment is near the VRE and she did not have any idea where that was. She just said "Nobody uses that, everybody drives." She could not tell us about utility costs, etc. She had a very bad and apathetic attitude and definitely lost a sale and potential recommendations. If the management has young inexperienced, uncaring girls working for them, that makes me suspicious about the quality of the entire facility and its functions. I am thankful I walked out on time.
