During the 6 years I have lived at Ravens Crest Apartments I have had a few issues with appliances wearing out. Nothing lasts forever! The maintenance team corrected any and all issues in a timely manner and I was not inconvenienced. What other complex does anyone know of that would replace the elements in an oven on Christmas Eve for you' Well, my Christmas dinner was done on time.
Since I have been here, the team has kept the buildings up to date with new roofing, new siding, new plumbing and new stairs. It didn't affect just one person, it affected all of us. It was an excellent upgrade! I couldn't see many people that could own their own home and have work done in the time that it's accomplished at this complex.
The complex is clean and neat.
The yards are well maintained and Springtime is beautiful!
