I have lived here for 8 months now and I really like it. The apartments are a very good size for me and my roommate and the carpets, light fitting and appliances are great, we were lucky enough to have them replaced just before we moved in though. The bathrooms are clearly used but no more so than other properties of the same age as this.
I have always found the office staff to be VERY helpful and pleasant. Any minor problems that maintenance have been called to have been fixed within 24 hours.
As the complex is not huge, there is less demand on the gym and other facilites than larger apartment complexes. All my friends/famil that visit say they love my apartment with its open layout and the amount of light that comes in.
What better compliment can I give than recommending it to one of my closest friends'
