I've been here for four years. The insulation, both heat and sound are excellent. The maintenance staff is highly responsive and competent. Grounds are well kept; someone prowls the area for litter daily. Some of the office staff has been helpful with special problems.

What apartment do you live in? The insulation is very poor and you can hear your neighbors under you and next to you...not to mention when they are taking showers...LOL...
