I really enjoy living in Ravens Crest. My apartment has everything I wanted in it.I'm very pleased with the maintenance staff as they come immediately -within 20 minutes usually- when I call.It's very convenient to grocery shopping and other shopping and restaurants. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they have a lovely, furnished guest apartment you can rent out , but you generally have to reserve it way in advance. The grounds are well-kept and quite pretty in the spring and fall. I appreciate that I can have packages held for me to pick up in the office when I mail-order something and don't have to worry about them being left at my door unattended. I love not having to mow grass or shovel snow. I leave for work in the dark and get home near or after dark daily and I appreciate the ability to park near my apartment. I personally have not noticed any problem with the parking on my court. i like that I can put my trash out any day I want to. I do wish they could develop some method for recycling more than newspaper.They have a nice room that tenants can use for parties, a pool, playgrounds, and tennis courts.They do alot of events for residents. I can often hear the people above me walking around, and occasionally I can here them talking or playing music; but I try to remember that in a single family home with several levels the same is true. I would highly recommend living here.
