Ravens Crest has been my home for more than ten years so I have obviously been pleased. I find the layout of my apartment to be comfortable and adequately spacious. I like the convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer in my apartment. The maintenance crew takes great pride in their work and respond quickly to maintenance requests, demonstrating proficiency in their work and they always clean up after themselves. They are always professional and friendly. The landscaping is lovely with many trees and flowers. The lawns and parking areas are maintained well and consistently clean. The office staff are helpful and generally friendly, responding to requests and suggestions efficiently.They often have special events to show appreciation for their residents. Ravens Crest is in a good location with regard to shopping, restaurants, library, top-quality schools, and government offices. Access to the PWC parkway via Sudley Manor Drive has been a big plus in accessing western PWC. I think Ravens Crest is a great place to live.
