I just moved to Regency Place and I have to say, the assistant manager is a frowner. It is always uncomfortable for me to approach management concerning problems. I cringe. I do love my apartment, it is brand new and nice. The nighborhood is noisey, alot of kids playing in the street and throwing balls that can hit your car. The walls are NOT sound proof, so although there is only 4 enclosed apartments per building, you get ALOT of noise. I still would say give the apartments a try, perhaps management will change soon.
