My husband and I have been living here for a couple of months now and I have to say it?s just ok. The apts. and townhomes are brand new which is a plus, but there are A LOT of kids in this complex. The kids are bad and have no adult supervision. The couple of months we?ve been living here, the place has gotten so trashy. I have witnessed these kids throwing trash all in the streets and in the playgrounds. There are also no fences to block and have privacy on your patio, so beware because kids will come on your patio and play and leave trash there. It?s a shame because when we first moved here this place looked well maintained and they have nice ammenites, but now things have changed and look trashy and ghetto around here. Since this complex is new I?ll give it another year and this place will be ghetto. You could tell from the type of people that live here. Also after a couple of weeks of allergic reactions we realized something was wrong with the air quality of the apt. When looking in the air ducts, at least four hand fulls of broken sheet rock, wood and plaster were found in every single duct tube throughout the apt. Another problem would be management credability. They say they will do something and they dont. For instance, we were told that we would recieve gym keys within a week in order to access the gym after office hours. It?s been over a month and we still haven?t recieved anything. They also said that the laundry facility would be done within a month, this was in Feb. They then told us it will be done in March. We now had to get a washer and dryer (which is $35 extra) in our place. They still don?t have the laundry facility ready and we?re going on May. I wish that I would of moved in another area. So, obviously I don?t reccomend this place at all...yeah the apts. are new, but you can find better.

Thank You! We are relocating from Ohio and I have been trying to get Regency Place Managment to fax me information and it has been 2 weeks and 4 phone conversations and I still have yet to receive any information. Thanks for the tip.
