I've been living here for 5 months now and I hate it. There are so many things wrong with this place I don't know where to start. Managment is the worst. They are so unorganized, they don't have a clue. Maintenence is also bad. They have only one guy doing all the work. They need to hire more help. They told us we would have gym keys when we moved in, we still don't have them and when I asks them about it they either don't know what I'm talking about or they say oh we're getting them next month. They've been saying that for 5 months now. This place has a major spider problem. I've talked to a lot of people around this complex and everyone seems to have a spider problem. I mean these aren't little spiders, they are huge field spiders and when pest control came they said there isn't anything they could really do for spiders. They are everywhere, I have to check my sons bed everynight before he goes to sleep just to make sure there aren't any under his covers. As soon as my contract is up here I am out, and I can't wait. Oh and the kids around here are bad as hell. They need adult supervision. I almost hit one the other day. He jumped out in front of my car to chase a ball, he didn't even look and no parents around. I wouldn't recommend this place. There are plenty of other nice places that isn't in the middle of nowhere.
