Lets see after living here three months, I was told i had to move to another townhouse because the one I was living in was being CONDEMMED! Yes, you heard me right... CONDEMMED! So I had to pack up and move to another unit. How's that for brand new'!'! Poor construction, this place has been under construction for over two years and they are still aren't done! Spiders and WORMS in the house are a big problem. Management will not send pest control out. Management are all idiots. They never know whats going on here, the place is being torn up my the vile little rodants, some call them children, in the neighborhood. They vandalize automobiles, steal other peoples property, tear down the trees, out all night, yet management does nothing about it! Oh we have a pool, I've been here TWO summers now and OH yes, it just opened this LABOR DAY.. yes you heard me right ... Labor Day, isn't that when most pools CLOSE' Yeah, management gave some crap excuses as to why the pool never opened. Oh then they threaten to evict you if you own a grille, or if you don't put your trash in the dumpster.. but wait, there is only one dumpster for the entire complex, and people are too lazy to put their trash INSIDE of it , so it piles up outside, making it IMPOSSIBLE to get anywhere near it! This is truely a section 8 wonderland... if you are ghetto, have 27 bay-bay kids running around... move here, this place will be paradise to you! Heck pretty soon this will be the new Coverstone IV or Woodburn... OH my bad... why wouldn't it be like Woodburn, this place is managed by the same people who manage Woodburn! Driving into this place is like playing dodgeball with kids... so many brats running in the streets, heck and don't even thing for a minute they will get out of the way.. hell no! As for the office management.. STUPID, INCOMPATENT, IDIOTS about sums it up. WHen you walk in, they don't even acknowlege you. Big Bug-eyed Patsy is the is the rudes human being alive! They have had so management changes its to many to count, OH, but they don't bother telling the residents here. The residents are treated like CRAP! EVERYONE in management SUCKS! The poor maintenance guy has to basically take care of this place by himself. I have to say he is the ONLY person on staff here that is nice, friendly and approachable! My adive DO NOT MOVE HERE EVER.... HELL has got to have better conditions then this place! Its pretty sad that someone from the office staff had to write a good comment since all the others paint the TRUE PICTURE of what living here in Paradise is like! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
