The ghetto hood is what this place should be called . The apartments are brand new with a spacious floor plan and thats for all the critters to roam around aGAS BURNING FIREPLACE , and whoever said it was wood burning LIED probably the same person that lied about the pool uhhh....the ghetto is in the front and the right side of the projects is around the corner or in the bac so if i was gonna move i would shoot for the back otherwise your tires gonna get stolen and your windows are gonnna get broke and that will make the cops drive around all night with a spotlight spotting malicious crime....the slack ass construction crew they got is all from mexico or close to it...so in other words if something gets broke you got to fix it yourself or it wont get done...the grounds are nice though if you like walking in dog poop nevermind dogs are suppose to be under 25 pounds..theres dogs here that are bigger than the thugs running around here...and that brings me to the next complaint the ghetto kids that are running here thinking they own the place when there parents are on section 8 housing .. what the hell is section 8 housing anyway ' i thought that was for old people not young who need help paying there bills ....please the people around here on section 8 drive brand new mini vans and there babies wear more gold jewelry than i do whatever....whats with the parking permits that was urgent for management to leave on my door everyday about cars that dont belong here but i know if you know a friend in the ghetto your always welcome...to steal car tires smash your windows and steal your stuff...you know i think my next job im thinking about selling drugs so i can live at the regency at broad place point and recieve section 8 housing and my kids can run the streets and do what ever the hell they want ....but they are beautiful apartments though.....
