Not a good place to live

Tonight was the night that I decided to terminate my lease. A man was shot and killed not more than 150 feet from my apartment. As if dodging bullets on my way into my apartment wasn't bad enough, the management lost my lease and said they would evict me if I did not come in and fix it. Then they lost their key to my apartment and left a not so polite note on my door stating that if I did not go buy a copy of my key that they would change the locks and I would have to go to them anyway. Then on top of everything else they lost my rent check. How are they supposed to make profit if they lose their money? I paid with a money order so I had to wait 2 weeks to get the money back by mail then they said if I didnt pay it they would evict me. Oh, and there is only one trash compacter in the whole complex and it is far away from my apartment. This place is dangerous and a real pain to deal with.
